“Felicia was the nicest person you would ever want to meet.” She was kind to all. When you were around her, her presence made you feel good. She was an old soul and a powerful one. She loved all children and wanted to help them all. She was an accomplished computer programmer, architect, data architect, system engineer, designer, and inventor. She was a genius in mathematics, able to solve complex equations instantly in her mind. She said she inherited her technical talent from Richard Millner, her grandfather, several generations removed. There is a statue of Grandfather Millner in Galway, Ireland.
Felicia’s vision was to teach the workings of technology to children without access to these workings. She saw the despair in these children and sought to eliminate some of it that she could. This is the mission of the Felicia Wheeler-Sweet Foundation. This foundation is dedicated to her life, memory, and eternal soul, which we pray will watch over this endeavor.
